Music for All Ages

Bring your entire family to explore one of the wildest and most revolutionary works ever written for orchestra, Berlioz’ Symphonie Fantastique. Inspired by his unrequited love for a beautiful actress, Berlioz takes us to places the symphony has never gone before—including a sumptuous ball, a witches’ sabbath, and even his own march to the scaffold!—all with some of the most hauntingly beautiful and evocative music ever written. Maestro Yates, with the help of surprise guests, will break down exactly what’s going on in this incredible work with humor and insight, to give audience members of all ages an unforgettable experience. Also featuring the winner of the Symphony’s 2026 Young Artist Concerto Competition.
