Vienna Comes to Norwalk

Vienna at the turn of the 20th century embraced elegance, experimentation, and outright decadence in one of the most electric artistic climates of all time. Johann Strauss Jr.'s enchanting melodies, found most memorably in works like The Blue Danube Waltz and Die Fledermaus Overture, coexisted with Richard Strauss's witty and wry tone poem, Till Eulenspiegel's Merry Pranks and his riot-inducing opera Salome, from which we will perform the searing orchestral showpiece, Dance of the Seven Veils. Please join us as we transport you with music of unparalleled richness.

All performances are held at the Norwalk Concert Hall at
Norwalk City Hall,
125 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT.

Duke Ellington's jazz-infused Harlem embodies the essence of an uptown Sunday stroll, experiencing the sights and sounds of the Harlem Renaissance.
